Aug is here and I would like to start a garden ...what should I plant?
I live in NM.

Celery, celeriac, artichoke, corn, cucumber can be outside and covered before the first frosts all the way to when the last risk of frost have passed. Cucumber, potato, Cauliflower, Courgette, Kholrabi should be planted in the start of August.
