where can i find easy to understand information about organic gardening that explains what plants are best to plant next to others ~ and why?

I like this guide published by North Dakota State University. They have a great Agriculture program so their extension is a fairly good resource. I also use the Cornell University extension a lot, you can find their gardening page here -> http://blogs.cornell.edu/horticulture/
